Stephanie Kopelson Studio ships all of our orders via UPS and USPS a flat fee of $15.00 is charged for every order. Should you prefer a faster shipping method, contact us at stephaniekopelsonstudio@gmail.com and we will do our very best to accommodate your request (additional fees will apply).

Where we Ship

We can ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. Please contact us for information about additional shipping costs to Hawaii and Alaska.  At this time, we do not ship internationally. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Status of your order

Once your payment is processed, your order will ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. Once an item has shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered, by the shipping carrier. Once you have received your confirmation email, the order has already been sent for processing and can not be adjusted or cancelled.

Insurance

Insurance is included for the entire value of your purchase.

Return/Refund Policy

We have a 24 hour return policy upon receiving your item confirmed by the shipping company. To initiate a return, simply email us at stephaniekopelsonstudio@gmail.com within the 24 hour time frame. Once we receive your request, instructions on where to return your item(s) will be emailed to you. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Once your return has been shipped, please reach out to us to share the tracking information. 

Returns are processed after quality inspection to confirm that the piece is returned in its original mint condition, with tags attached, and its original packaging.  Please include the receipt.  Once approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost.  Please note that a refund may take up to 14 business days to process depending on your banking/credit institutions’ timing on processing and posting your refund.
